Airport Parking Stop acts as an intermediary between you and independent, vetted parking providers. We compare pricing and availability and help arrange your booking, but the parking service itself — the compound, the shuttle, the Meet & Greet driver — is delivered by the provider you book with.
Each provider operates under their own individual terms and conditions, which apply alongside these terms and will be made available to you at the time of booking.
When you book through us, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your travel dates, vehicle details, and contact information. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us or our partner provider.

Report it to the provider before leaving the site, and let us know too — we'll help you liaise with them, as any claim is handled under the provider's own insurance and terms.
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, the price you paid is locked in for that reservation and won't change, even if rates for new bookings rise afterwards.
Get in touch as soon as you know you'll be late. Many providers allow some flexibility, but persistent no-shows may not be refundable, so an early heads-up gives us the best chance to help.
