We know travel plans don't always go the way you expect. This policy explains, in plain terms, when you're entitled to a refund, how cancellation charges work, and how to request a change to your booking. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions, which apply to your booking as a whole.

01Our Approach

Most bookings we arrange come with a degree of flexibility, but the exact refund and cancellation terms depend on the parking provider and product you've chosen — Meet & Greet, Park & Ride, Short Stay, or Long Stay can each carry slightly different rules. Your specific terms are always confirmed at the time of booking.

As a general rule, the more notice you give us, the more options you'll have.

02Free Cancellation Window

Many of our bookings qualify for free cancellation if you cancel at least 48 hours before your booked arrival time. Where this applies, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Some promotional or heavily discounted rates may carry a stricter, non-refundable policy — this will always be flagged clearly before you complete payment.

03Cancellation Charges

Outside the free cancellation window, a cancellation charge may apply, calculated as a percentage of your total booking value depending on how close to your travel date you cancel:

  • 48+ hours before arrival: full refund, no charge
  • 24–48 hours before arrival: partial refund, provider-dependent cancellation fee applies
  • Under 24 hours or after arrival time: typically non-refundable

We'll always confirm the exact figures for your booking before processing a cancellation, so there are no surprises.

04How to Cancel or Amend

To cancel or request a refund, simply contact us with your booking reference via WhatsApp or email — the sooner, the better. We'll confirm your eligibility, process the request with the parking provider, and let you know the outcome.

05Amending a Booking

If your travel dates change but you still want to park with us, amending is usually simpler — and cheaper — than cancelling and rebooking. Depending on availability, we can update your:

  • Travel dates and times
  • Vehicle registration or details
  • Terminal or parking product, where available

Amendments made with reasonable notice are usually free or carry a small admin fee; changes made very close to your travel date may be subject to availability and a price difference.

06No-Shows & Late Arrivals

If you don't arrive for your booking and haven't been in touch, this is treated as a no-show and is generally non-refundable. If you're running late, message us as soon as you can — many providers can accommodate a reasonable delay, but we can't guarantee this without advance notice.

07Flight Delays & Disruption

We understand flights don't always run to schedule. If your outbound or return flight is delayed, let us know your updated times as soon as possible — we'll do what we can to adjust your booking with the provider, though extended delays may incur additional charges depending on their policy.

08How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at booking. Processing times can vary depending on your card provider or bank, but refunds are typically visible within 5–10 working days of approval.

09Situations That Aren't Refundable

Certain situations generally fall outside our refund policy, including:

  • Cancellations made after the applicable cut-off window
  • No-shows without prior notice
  • Bookings made under a clearly marked non-refundable rate
  • Change of mind after your parking period has already begun

If you believe your situation is exceptional, get in touch — we review requests on a case-by-case basis wherever we can.

10Provider-Specific Terms

Because your parking is ultimately delivered by an independent provider, their own cancellation terms may apply alongside ours, particularly for Long Stay and Priority products. Where a provider's terms are stricter than the general policy above, we'll always highlight this clearly before you book.

11Disputes & Chargebacks

If you're unhappy with the outcome of a refund request, please contact us first so we can look into it properly — most issues can be resolved quickly this way. We'd ask that you reach out to us before raising a chargeback with your bank, as this allows us to investigate and put things right faster.
